At Creation Fitness, all new clients are assessed to determine their current levels of physical fitness, muscle strengths and imbalances, and the goals that they have for training. Once I have that information, I can help by offering ongoing training. These workouts are custom designed using a combination of both functional and strength training, metabolic conditioning exercise routines, and techniques designed to increase mobilization. Training sessions take place at the Creation Fitness gym that I have designed and built specifically for personal client training. Couple this with a great nutritional plan and you have a recipe for success!

Couples training is an opportunity to connect on both a physical and emotional level. You will be doing combined exercises together, coaching and encouraging one another along, as well as helping to push one another towards your health and fitness goals. Be prepared to sweat and have some fun!
Kickboxing is an incredible full-body workout that is fast, effective and fun. At Creation Fitness, you will have the opportunity to learn the proper technique for punching and kicking without the pressure of doing it in front of a room full of people. You'll learn proper technique, hit pads just like a seasoned professional, and take your frustrations out on a punching bag all in one session!
